SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
As soon as your payment is verified and processed by our team, our warehouse starts processing your order. We will ship your order as soon as its processed from our warehouse. The processing takes a complete quality check of your product(s), packing, labeling, and sending to the courier company. In holidays and in other peak times, it can take up to 10 days to have your order processed and sent out but in most cases only takes 2-4 days.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
As we are shipping internationally from our global warehouses located in China, Singapore, and Pakistan, delivery usually takes 1-4 weeks for most orders after processing from our warehouse. This time can vary and is out of our control.
CAN I PAY IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?
We only accept payments in USD at this time, more currency options can be added in the future.
I HAVE TWO OR MORE DISCOUNT COUPONS. HOW CAN I USE THEM ALL?
You can use only one discount coupon per order, per customer. We suggest you to use biggest discount coupon to save big! However, there is no limit on coupon usage, you can place as many orders with a single discount code unless its not a specially generated coupon only for YOU which normally expires after single use OR a certain period of time. Coupons given for a specific event or time period (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, etc.) are also expired after the respective event or time.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
We send large order is multiple small packets to save you time and money in customs. However, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount of the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
MY ORDER STATUS SAYS "UNFULFILLED". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again making sure you are not using any proxy. Also, try using another credit card. If you are still facing problem then please contact us and we will help you settle the payment manually.
